This week I made my first money in property. Not by buying it. Not by owning it. But by finding a property to run as a serviced accommodation, negotiating the deal, then passing it to an investor for a finders fee. You can make money in property without spending a penny.

I make $20k per month on Twitter. I do this by pretending that I make $20k per month. I then sell a course on how to make $20k per month without truly knowing myself. But hey, if I pretend to make $20k per month, and brag about it online, people will buy my course.
A man who works every single day regardless of how he feels will ALWAYS beat the man who works when he feels like working.
Property is the second best investment you can make. The first is yourself.

I was talking with someone about being a property entrepreneur, they asked if it’s something I’m passionate about. I said no. They were baffled why someone could do something without passion. I study property. I see the profits that can be made. That’s why I do it.
I was a firm believer in “You can’t sell to a salesman” until I met @samuel_leeds He somehow convinced me to spend £1995 on his course. I’m not even mad 😅 100% worth investing in yourself.
