Golf is made way more complicated than it needs to be. So many try to make a swing or technique fit their body rather than using your their body as nature intended and using natural movements to swing a club. It literally is the very definition of trying to push water up hill.

Playing the wrong shot at the wrong time, leads to a lot of poor play around the greens and many players suffer from this. Pitching when they should chip, chipping when they should putt, playing a flop shot instead of pitching into the middle of the green.

Lot of confusion in golf, particularly around the swing. Unless a piece of advice regarding your technique revolves around •Clubface angle at impact •Clubface path •Centeredness of strike •Angle of approach •Club head speed Don't use it
