It’s so easy to quickly judge or assume a situation but sometimes we have to look deeper than just taking a glimpse at somebody’s life! This clip I came across on TikTok honestly broke my heart but the ending is beautiful and I’m so glad she found happiness again 🥹❤️

People with mental illness don't "commit" suicide. You wouldn't say that someone committed cancer. Suicide is the fatal outcome of said illness. The word "commit” gives the impression they made a conscious decision w/a sound mind to end their life, negating the underlying cause.
There are some things you may think you could never EVER do but over time you build up so much strength that you push yourself out of your comfort zone even though it seems scary and impossible!!! Sooo… I did that and I’m SO proud of myself💓 #healing
