Working out with joint hypermobility is interesting. You get an amazing pump in your pecs, but your right shoulder doesn't really sit right in your socket all day and pops out completely if you raise your arm too high. Also, your biceps is going numb and tingly for some reason.

Why do so many nutrition trackers and databases use "serving" as a unit? The hell is a serving? Is there a Serving des Archives? The first ever serving, defined by the Royal Society of Macros back in 1799? Who gets to decide what one serving is and how am I supposed to know it?
