Credit to the conductor on the @Se_Railway 1036 Ramsgate to Charing Cross (1207 TON). When we experienced a delay and were to terminate early at London Bridge, they didn't just make an announcement but walked the whole train to make sure everyone was aware and offered help. ^KJ
