To put this in context a little bit. 2 wks ago I had set up a safety plan with my therapist as I was a suicide risk. Things in my life have been crippling for yrs and I been silent abt it all. I can say that Im happy I stuck around even for 2 more wks just for the joy of today 💛
Today was truly beautiful. So grateful for life rn.
