Check this out. Our collaborative paper with Shyam Krishnakumar’s lab at Yale is now published (nature.com/articles/s4146…). Using a single vesicle fusion assay, we identify minimal protein machinery sufficient to account for various modes of calcium-triggered vesicle fusion.

Our collaborative manuscript with Shyam Krishnakumar’s lab at Yale just posted on bioRxiv (biorxiv.org/content/10.110…). Using a single vesicle fusion assay, we identify minimal protein machinery mediating synchronous and asynchronous SV exocytosis and short-term synaptic plasticity.

Check this out. Our new manuscript just posted on bioRxiv biorxiv.org/content/10.110…. Using SF-iGLuSnFR, we image quantal glutamate release with ~75 nm spatial and 4 ms temporal resolution and find a universal relationship between probability and synchronicity of vesicular release.
