Scaling a business isnāt about perfectionāitās about direction. Ā Ā Ā Plan for the *next* milestone, not the finish line. Incremental growth beats unrealistic leaps every time.
If you want to grow, you have to let go. Ā Ā Ā Stop trying to do everything yourself. Delegate, trust your team, and focus on what truly moves the needle.
You canāt steer the ship without a destination. Ā Ā Ā Define where you want to go, and then take small, consistent steps to get there. Momentum builds success.
