I am so exhausted. I haven't been able to sleep and I've had to really push myself. Then I just found out that I've been mislead and forced into pushing beyond my abilities. I am so sad and angry right now.

I just got off the phone with the NIH. It was an interview for a Long COVID study. It validated what I'm experiencing and also that help is VERY far off.

I am so scared. I really don't know how to pull off moving while disabled. Right now I feel like all I can do is manage to get some clothes in a bag. I'll have help in a couple days, but right now I'm panicked. 😫
