Leaving Sheffield after an inspiring #ITIconf19. I head home refreshed, with plenty of ideas to keep upping my game as a translator. I love working on my own, but it’s face-to-face interaction with colleagues that really helps me grow. I’m very glad I got out of my cave! #xl8

I’d interpret “effortless” as a perfect mix of attainable, enjoyable and rewarding, and to that extent I agree with the person who said it. But hard work shines through in everything KT ever writes and in her reading of our career. That’s what makes her special for so many of us.

Where French talks about conference “éditions” (1re/2e/3e/etc.), English tends to say 1st/2nd/3rd/etc. + conf. name and drop the notion of edition. Cf: 2nd Annual Natural Resources Conference/Séminaire sur les ressources naturelles, 2e édition.
