The scenario appears to be mitigated and all telemetry at our side looks good. Please verify by logging on to your tenant again. If you still cannot logon, try inprivate / incognito browsing, etc. before raising a support ticket to Microsoft.

After upgrading #msdyn365bc from v17 to v18 on a multitenant environment I got the following error (Azure AD tenant: null). The problem as that I had v17 runtime apps published. Took some time to figure that out, now archived in #bcalhelp.
