Can’t get through to @TUIUK by phone, they don’t respond on social media and have been holding onto our money since 18.03.20. Seems they think ignoring the problem will make it go away #TUI #TUIrefund #Atol #cancelledholiday

@_Bodyzone @TUIUK @TUIGroup They seems to have ignored that week of 16th March. I have been so courteous on the 3 times I’ve managed to get through yet they have bare-faced lied with no intention of refunding me. Maybe I should have screamed & demanded? @TUIUKPR @WhichUK @s_refund. Shame on them
