So far, working with $Goog customer service on ads is an incredible effort in patience. You'd think a tech company like Google wouldn't have you inputting your customer number 3 times in 3 minutes and have to listen to sales before getting actual support.

This is so common with Black Cherry trees. They love to grow sideways and when a part of them dies another part usually finds a way. It adds a lot of interest to the landscape. In this case as it leans out near the water's edge. It's been more than half dead for years.
