Most business partnerships should worry as much about their operating agreement as they do “tax loopholes.” Not having a sound operating agreement is a time bomb.

My favorite tech addition this year has been the remarkable 2 tablet. I prefer writing a lot of notes and marking up financials, now I have all my drafts and notes electronically. Big fan.

S-Corp owner wants to pay the projected income tax of business profits through extra withholding on their paycheck instead of quarterly payment. I don't see why this would be an issue but have never seen it, and would love other’s thoughts.
