Had a guy work w/me for 23mos He had 4 pay raises + target bonus for an addl $13k He started ~$45k and was on pace to hit $💯 in ‘25 Had a baby, I gave a wk of paid paternity leave + his bonus Sat in 1to1s wk after wk> “No Probs Boss” He quit>$5/hr no bonus no ins Biz is HARD!
