Take some time today to focus on your spiritual life. Going to church is one way to help with that, but even if you don't or can't go to church, spend some time in prayer. As with any skill, your spiritual capability will grow commensurate with the attention you give it.

Challenge yourself. Lead climbing is the most mentally challenging activity I willingly participate in. Having your kids participate with you is an incredible experience. Adventures with friends and family is the best way to build memories that you'll never forget.
