E woke up last night, crying hysterically. "You left me, you left me - I was asking people to help me find my Mummy. Don't ever leave me again." It was only a bad dream but he felt it soo intensely. Another impact of COVID. Let's never forget that #childrensmentalhealthmatters

Accepting my body for what it is now is something I struggle with daily. It's grown & birthed children, survived illness and surgeries, but I still resent the wobbles & scars. It's hard to forget societies unreasonable beauty standards. #bodypositivity #Loveyourself
