Day 85! Today I got the ammo counter working, as well as preventing the guns from firing if they run dry! As you can see at the bottom left, each gun has its own ammo independent of the others! Also got the game in fullscreen! #Godot4 #gamedev #100daysofgamedev #FPS #indiedev

Day 81! I would have continued more with the donut tutorial, however the icing mesh got all messed up so I had to spend all my time today repairing it to look better. Thankfully, I got it back to a decent state! #Blender3D #3dart #gamedev #100daysofgamedev

Day 77! After my Tower PC died, I realize I have to redownload UE5 onto my laptop. Figured I'd take a break from Godot and try making a small project in #UE5 just to get the hang of it again after so long of nothing but Godot! #gamedev #100daysofgamedev

Day 75! Finally got the hitscans to work, and I'll try and make a dummy enemy tomorrow to show how they can take damage and die from the player firing their weapon. #Godot4 #100daysofgamedev #gamedev #FPS

Day 73! FINALLY! I GOT VIDEO RECORDING TO WORK. Now you can see the animations, as well as the game in action. Next on the list is to set up a raycast to actually hit something when the player fires a weapon. #100daysodgamedev #Godot4 #gamedev #FPS

Day 69 (nice)! Set up a small UI for the player, including an aiming reticle, health bar, and ammo counter. Still waiting for the models, but I'm happy with how it looks for the time being. Simple but effective! #Godot4 #gamedev #100daysofgamedev
