Houstonians start their days so much earlier it seems. I’m not positive why, but it’s either one of these 3 reasons: 1. It’s central time zone but operates on EST. 2. Everyone tries to beat traffic. 3. It’s 90 degrees by 9am.

~6 months in special servicing/loan workouts. One thing I can say for sure is that 90% of the time, the lenders don’t want the keys back. In most cases, borrower and lender are both incentivized to find a middle ground.
