Every Texas town has been killing us with “impact fees” lately. This is for a single tenant retail building. We got hit with similar on a freestanding QSR last month.

Story time. Completed a 4,000 sf dental office. The city came to do final inspection for CO. They decided they didn’t like the exterior light fixtures they previously approved. Now they won’t give us a CO until we replace them.
