Played my first few ‘friendly’ matches with my hitting partner in the last 2 weeks, only 3-4 sets total. Yes I have lost all of them. But last night was 5-7! ..and it was 5-5, 30 love 😭

I drove past a school a couple days ago week on my way to coach a CrossFit class. Sometimes there’s a P.E. Class taking place, and all the kids are walking laps (a few running). The alarming thing is that about 50% of them are FAT kids. Parents, do better.
