I just hate it when I hear "I'm a tester," or "I'm a UX guy," or "You developers," &c. We are all product developers. We just have different skill sets (ideally overlapping to some degree), all of which are essential for creating a good product.

Why use story points at all? They are not suitable for scheduling. If a team wants to measure itself, throughput, cycle time, lead time are all better. If you make the stories small you can just count them to fill a Sprint, & the discussion is more fruitful. No estimates required
