Given the current energy crisis and also just for shits and giggles, I started showering cold. I have to say, this is amazing. You're super refreshed, your head is clear and it is a really nice habit to start the day. Plus, it reduces your utility bill.

So many people in the IT industry want to teach engineering leadership through newsletters and blogs. Granted, there are some good resources out there, but 1. EMs / tech leads are super busy 2. situations are often too specific to give effective advice from the outside
