I wish patients/families would cut the “if you can’t do your job you shouldn’t be a nurse” shit out when it isn’t even relevant. I can do my job, & I do it well every day. I can’t live up to your unrealistic expectations and be in four places and once and do four different jobs.

Nursing is not a calling. It is a job. Stop framing the nursing profession as a calling so we can demand fair wages & better working conditions without being called greedy. How can nursing be a calling but fire-fighting, medicine, and other male-dominated professions aren't?

The fact that it is taking @NFL HQ this long to make the call about ending the Bills game is disgraceful. This is so terribly scary as well as a big fumble on the PR front. Damar Hamlin was in an ambulance at 9:20pm eastern. It is now 20 mins later. Praying for him.
