This week's challenge is to validate a couple assumptions around building a product and acquisition channel. Big pay off if it works. Question is, how much validation do I need? In my case, its a 3-5 verbal commitments. This is enough for me to risk the time investment.

Your "flow state" has frequencies that can be manipulated. Good indicator: feel the balance between focus and adrenaline. The more stress you handle while staying focused, the stronger your flow muscles get.
You often hear people in the startup space tell you NOT to be humble. I beg to differ. Humility does not equal naivety. Humility comes to the wise, and the wise know when to strike.
Letting others underestimate you is an underrated superpower: - You can "wow" people whenever you choose - Reduces ego threats & increases collaboration - Keeps you in observation mode - Creates room for authentic growth
You gotta play the game to win, but I won't cut corners on my integrity.
The relationships that ive made over the first few weeks here on X are starting to blossom into some epic opportunities.
What's the opposite of a vanity metric on a social network like X? Real relationships. When you build genuine relationships with people who are hungry and capable, epic collaborations and opportunities become available.
The deeper you go in one field, the more you notice the craftsmanship everywhere else. Master coding and you'll see elegant systems and architecture. Study music theory and you'll hear the rhythm in great writing.
Want to build a strong relationship? Don't settle for "good enough". Aim high, and inspire each other to reach new heights. Excellence is contagious.
My biggest failure today was being lazy about building relationships. I failed to put my best foot forward. I also noticed that I'm extremely inarticulate when I speak over the phone when running on only 3.5 hrs of sleep.
Be careful about sacrificing the present for tomorrow's promises–not because they may never come, but because what you lose today may not be worth the trade.
Its not just building that’s being democratized but distribution as well.
Your bandwidth plays a central role when defining your GTM strategy, especially if you’re going solo. Don’t just listen to the latest trend (ship, ship, ship), and make sure your strategy is hyper tailored for your situation.
