And when we contacted our POC, she straight forward asked to raise ticket, no actions on like why bad condition bikes were offered. What kind of support is this, if we are stranded somewhere should we focus on creating tickets to you ?

We are the ones who are suffering in this bad heat. Why good condition bikes were not provided in first place, that's my question. And on checking part, my bike has been checked around 3 times till now, the moment they say its fixed, the issue happens again.

Our bike got stopped, we had to drag 1 km, no help nothing. Mechanic took 1 hour to reach. We paid for good service and bikes, and nothing is being offered. Even after giving 1 day for bike delivery but still we are seeing issue.

@thrillophilia hi. We have booked 9 days spiti trip starting 7th-15th June, its on-going. We are still stuck in chandigarh, around 6-7 bikes are having issues and since last 2-3 hours there is no fix. Trip started 11:30 even after giving enough time to fix and service the bike
