Feel like time flies compared to when you were a kid? It’s the natural lack of newness. Doing new things, learning, having new experiences, exploring etc. Doing new things keeps us in the present which…naturally slows down time. For time to slow down, be in the present more!

Remember helicopter 🚁 parenting that began in the 90’s? Studies showed 80% increased depression in the generation after this trend began. Not allowing kids to go out and explore and do adventures, caused them to not build coping skills and self reliance. Adventures matter!!

When you can’t be out on an adventure you can still keep the spirit. Your workout can be viewed as training for the next outing. 🏋🏼 You can do micro adventures, trying a new food, a new way home, change up your running location. Mix things up but keep the spirit.
