I try to spare my international friends the gruesome details of what’s going on here. But I recently talked to a friend who apparently had no idea that the casualties were civilians, abducted from their homes and taken to Gaza. This is just one story of dozens. Think about them.

Let's remember that first line and most efficacious treatments for congestive heart failure, which have improved and extended millions of lives are diuretics. They don't even target the same organ system, let alone etiology or pathogenesis.
