The scale is ill-defined for anything above village idiot, and necessarily so for anything above Einstein. Same is true for all tasks you might need an "AI" to perform, like Chess (above grandmaster, measuring stick changes too, and you can't even assume transitivity).

@Dominic2306 Well, governments can do borders, help coordination, amplify a mood, and pay people to stay home. Until variants, China was overkill, as anyone who followed South Korea knew. Australia and New Zealand copy, but Taiwan innovates. Again. Risk works when zero is policy. Lesson #2.

Nobody wanted to hear how vaccines could make Covid worse in January, when we could still have eliminated Covid without them (with no extra loss of life). Now that this has become impossible, people pointlessly argue about vaccines while still ignoring the real problem.
