First @Superwall invoice I’ve had to pay for my app - very happy to pay this considering everything you get with them! Revenue metrics, real-time user data, paywall experiments - even Apple search ads performance. Love it TBH I only keep @RevenueCat for the push notifications 😅
Highly recommend adding @posthog to your mobile app onboarding flow so that you can pinpoint bottlenecks and major drop off points. In the past 7 days, I lost nearly 20% of installs based on first two steps of onboarding. Looks like I need to add optional/skip buttons...😅
Results after adding this shortcut action to my app for sending feedback email: 1). 90%+ of emails about it either being too expensive, they didn’t expect to have to pay, wanted it for free, etc 2). 10% is useful feedback for features that were missing & I’ve since incorporated
I really believe more people in consumer apps need to run paid ads before spending months figuring out an organic/UGC approach. Honestly wish that I got started on it sooner. Faster product validation -> user feedback -> PMF -> feature/pricing gaps -> creative performance.

$500 MRR ☑️ It ain’t much, but it’s honest work 💪 I also ran my first TikTok ads campaign over the weekend - $20 spent for 40 downloads & 10 trial starts (25% CVR). Based on my historical trial -> paid rate, I should net 5x+ ROA. Hired two UGC creators today as well 🚀🤘
I was waiting 24+ hours for app review for one of my app's updates, and then I learned about requesting an expedited review through developer.apple.com/contact/app-st… . Once I submitted this form, it was instantly put to "In Review" and approved in 2 minutes. How often can we use this? 😛
