Hey @British_Airways, I submitted a claim 2.5 months ago and have heard nothing since. I waited 30 mins on hold to speak to a rep who gave me a US number to call. After paying for international credit I called to find it was no longer in use. You are so frustrating! Please help

Hey @British_Airways I’ve been trying to call you for best part of a week to book flights. Constantly on hold or cut off. I’m unable to book this online as there are multiple legs and the sum of your total price is many times the constituent parts. Can someone help me please?

As the Taliban prepare to take over Kabul... I was in the Afghan capital in 1996 at the time the Taliban arrived for the first time. They had no idea where they were going back then and stopped at the Red Cross HQ in the city to ask directions to the parliament building.

100% this 👇. Why do we not have border control? Why does UK Gov think we have to live with it when others have suppressed? Why aren’t we aiming to do many millions of vaccinations a week? The cost of bold decisive action is high but cheaper & better outcomes than alternative

I read the other day that (in New York, 1947) 3.5m people were vaccinated against smallpox in 2 weeks. If I’m not mistaken the below is about 2m people in 5 months. Why are we not moving quicker? Lack of supply, lack of vials, lack of ambition? Genuine question #vaccinescotland
