Whether this comes from the MD or PT it signals 🚩🚩🚩 Now- is it bc they have worked with incompetent S&C who didn’t understand the injury and how to scale ATH into workouts postrehab or is it bc they have no idea/don’t care to give specific limitations bc “no weights” is easy?
