Of course I'm having issues with my mobile on @iD_Mobile_UK as well. 4g and texts OK, making and receiving calls no chance. Tech support chat useless, no way to get in touch with a person.

Trying to sort out taking over my dad's @TalkTalk broadband. So far 0 out of (doesn't really matter what scale) for website functionality and ease of use, support functionality and ease of use, processes functionality and ease of use and ability to actually sort the problem.

Mind-boggling how bad the @ITVXhelp app is. I don't mind the rapid 2 second blips of each ad, but not remembering which episode you were watching, and skipping forward always starting from the beginning of the episode are fundamental failings.

I think it may be time to re-evaluate @NetflixUK. I knew we were getting adverts, but removing the ability to cast to the TV without a significant price increase has removed the prime way I use it. Not happy.

What will @vmbusinesshelp foul up next, an upgrade becomes a new line (charge to cancel), speed change removed IP addresses, Order Manager does not reply, phone support has no idea, website no help either. If only @WeAreOpenreach or @CityFibre provided decent service here.

OK @ThreeUKSupport, given you've upgraded your website and I have to re-register, how do I do that when the MFA text comes through in Wingdings or something along those lines?! (That's a router with a SIM in, but other texts work fine). Online support seems to require logging in!

Not sure if it is the @DellCares laptop or @Windows OS, but suspend & resume is a nightmare. Screen is blank or the fingerprint sensor won't work & increasingly the Bluetooth also fails. It takes a few attempts to get in & then use device manager to disable & enable the drivers.
