I tired of agents telling me my writing was great, just ‘not right for them'. When I took my author dreams in my own hands, I said I'd be satisfied if one stranger read my book. This month, I've sold 10 copies. Puny numbers, sure. But much better than having to shelve my story!🩷

This is Princess Nahla Banana, the Siamese rascal who inspired the cat in my book. She is the real 'Bubbles' of 'Into the Haze'. Before I finished the book, Nahla passed away from cancer. She was the greatest, silliest, cuddliest companion, and lives on in my story and thoughts.
