@awudrick Fact check: The Fraser Institute commonly uses clever wordsmithing to mislead readers. In this case the clever use of "income" and the quick replacement with "total" and "all" when discussing taxation inequality.
@awudrick So remaining 60% pays 43%....doesn't seem fair to me....
@awudrick The richest 20% also owns 68% of Canada's wealth while the bottom 40% owns 3% (StatCan, Daily, 24-04-17).
@awudrick This is so true: I was playing with tax software and noticed that people earning about 40k really don’t pay any tax or very low( less than 10%)
