one thing about the early sabbath albums — like say funhouse or the bad brains cassette or a handful of others — is that if you're a kid first hearing them years or decades later you might think "well it can't be that heavy, it's old" and then you get your brain liquefied

easy for us to look back & say "Sabbath invented metal, doom, stoner rock, sludge" because the proof is right there in every riff, crushing arrangement, ominous atmosphere ppl don't talk enough tho about how Ozzy was singing catchy-ass SONG songs w/ incredible tone over all this

Picked up that last Pokémon now that it's """"fixed""" on the Switch 2. Was not prepared for the experience of having caught 25 Pokémon and nearly evolved my starter before I even got to the first Pokémon Center.
