My hero: Man in his eighties shuffles out of lift with trolley. At top of ramp to carpark he leans forward & shifts weight onto trolley. Controlled slide down ramp. Puts weight on feet to brake. Stops at end of ramp, very slowly shuffles to car. Made my day.
