Hey Deutschsprachige, is “Kannst du im Kalender nachsehen, wann du frei hast?“ asking more “can you check it now and tell me when you could meet?” Or “when you get a chance, tell me if we’re busy next Friday?” I find it #ambiguous in translation, but think the latter. #Duolingo

Dear Keflavík airport: 1) you need to board planes at the terminal, not with buses. 2) it’s not cool to have a plane fully boarded for 90+ minutes before it takes off. 3) deicing solution is rated for 22 minutes, so taking 30 minutes to de-ice is a big problem…

On the plane: “I’m here doing work for @RealTheClint for two weeks”. In the taxi: “This town is very clean, Clint Eastwood was mayor and saw to it.” and “that’s Clint Eastwood’s subdivision…” my mom: “I remember being there, I think Clint Eastwood is or was the mayor”… #carmel

Hey @AskCapitalOne, I used the new bill pay experience today... and for me it is worse than the old one in literally every way. Is there any way to bring back the old UI, and/or a useful place to give longer feedback?

I’m good at patterns. Sometimes that isn’t good. Example? Every time I fly internationally I don’t get to use the PreCheck line. So today, didn’t even look. After standing in the “schlub” line for over 40 minutes the TSA guy is like “what, was the PreCheck line closed?” Oops.

On the morning of April 4th I was an “interested party”, and “volunteer cameraman”. On the morning of July 1st I’m now “President of the Board”. Pretty good promotion velocity, I’d say. Thanks for having faith in me, @centerstagefw!

Someone is wrong on the Internet: @ActuallyNPH, you know it's not fair for "Harris" to know the numbers aren't the same, right? And I think you missed all of the (1, x) product combinations, because you don't have (1,9) as surviving round 1... (and thus (3,3) stays). @wondercade

Several hours into a weather alert freeze, I remember that I never unloaded soda from my car. Thanks to the high heat capacity of water they were only a refreshing 38.4°F (5 minutes after coming inside).

In German, "Welcome to" is "Wilkommen zu"/"Wilkommen bei"/maybe-other-prepositions. So why does my brain always fill in Spanish's "a" when I introduce the .NET API Review in German? #brainsareweird
