@narendramodi Sir The employees of #Lanco are running from pillar to post to get their salary & full & final settlement dues since 2015. I was working as Director HR and my dues are around 26.50 lakh... which are outstanding since Aug, 2016. The data is availble at LANCO web

1/2 @nsitharaman Namaskar Madam I'm an ex-employee of #Lanco Infratech. The company has gone to #NCLT & as per rules employee's salary is the last option after Lenders & operational creditors. Out of 70,000 cr of debt employee salary is meager Rs 28 Cr. @PMOIndia @HMOIndia

2/2 Respected @nsitharaman Madam If the law shows some mercy towards the employees whose sole source of earning is salary then the #IPR could first disburse the salaries. In our case few employees has to get their dues as old as since yr 2013. #Lanco_Employees_Salary
