If a mom is telling you how tired, overwhelmed, frustrated or sad she is, LISTEN! STOP telling these moms they will get through it, they’ll be ok, or just pray ! They are crying out to you for help. Postpartum is real and it doesn’t just go away after a baby turns a certain age.
