From a consumer app perspective, totally makes sense to rollup all model capabilities into one. But if you’re building AGI, it happens on the periphery. So by rolling everything up into a single model, you’re cutting off the tails of capabilities that get you closer to AGI

The Jake Paulification of the startup world makes a lot of sense. Narrative-driven, founderfluencers, performance first (which can bridge to substance!). Logical outcome when virality > viability but that optimization for spectacle tends to erode trust further
