Tried to fix a Christmas ornament with super glue yesterday. The glue didn’t seem to stick to it at all, but this morning the tube of glue was sure stuck to the table.

Running elementary OS in a VM on my framework laptop to try out with my personal dev work. It is good so far :)

Taking a few days off from work to because I want to do some mundane things (clean, sort stuff, errands...). I end up re-reading "Programmers at Work" again, and am now inspired to write a spreadsheet in C++ with an old computer. LOL.

Just repasted my i7 1165G7 Framework laptop with liquid metal Conductonaut. It makes a world of a difference (load 89C to 70C!). We don't always need to game at the highest settings... So... GTA V? 🤔 @FrameworkPuter

Finally a game changer to my workflow. I have set up my development environment to run off of a RAM disk. Super fast incremental compiles, super fast linting, and super fast CTRL+F .

As I've gotten older, I've become more and more convinced that having a "boring tech stack" can be good. Less headaches and moving parts (usually) and good documentation out there to remove overhead and let you focus on making your customers happy. Go novel once you need it

3 months with my Framework laptop. I had to replace the panel once because it was faulty, but other than that it is good for light tasks. Unfortunate I don't do light tasks :( Most of the time I'm on any computer, I'm pushing it hard. Really want to like it but its just too slow.
