Once again, only been billed for Gas again from @OctopusEnergy. Was promised after not being billed since August for electricity that it was sorted. Seems not. 🤦‍♂️

Anyone else not being billed correctly by @OctopusEnergy ? I seem to only be having gas deducted since August and credit accumulating. This happened during the summer and then ended up with a huge bill. I'd like the previous months bills correcting first.

I honestly wish for the day where I could tweet something positive about @WestMidRailway but sadly this just is never the case. Points failure at Dorridge and not a single extra train to Acocks Green in sight. #newfranchise time!!!
