Just on hold with @ServiceCanada_E for 38 mins waiting to speak to an agent and the call disconnects. I guess that’s how they keep their wait times minimized. They just end your call. Starting over.

I always thought @Bell_Aliant was the worst telco in Canada, until I made the switch to @TELUS last week. Wow was I wrong. It’s been 6 hours & 10 mins of phone calls since March 15 trying to get our @TELUSBusiness Connect line hooked up. And @TELUSsupport is part of the problem.
