@QPark_UK your Marshall on Park Lane has bought a large part of London to a standstill as he insists on forcing waiting cars to park and blocking both lanes whilst they wait for a space!!!!

Apparently…. “Traffic in central London in 2022 was 14% lower than in 2019, and 7% lower in inner London” So why is congestion considerably worse then it’s ever been? Unless traffic has surged by 100% since then, it’s not motor transport that’s creating the carnage. @TfL
