For quick, short, easy edits I'm in neovim but I'm "between IDEs" right now, Python, Ansible, markdown, asciidoc. So VSCode, Windsurf, or Cursor (or is there something else?) I really would like clean access to both remote and local LLMs

Been on @OpenAI's Pro plan for 3 months now, they bill me but the account still shows up as the free plan. So calling the API breaks... Not getting any luck from their support. Anyone else seeing this, apparently I'm not alone?
