After today’s golf event, Chase Snyder (Player of the Year), Grant Wright, and Conner Miller were named 1st Team All-District. This is the 2nd consecutive District Player of the Year title for Snyder.

Hard to believe I first met these young women on the soccer field when they were 10 years old. Now 11 years later they are all on their own path and I am a better coach/person because of them.
Emily Kenny was announced as the new Wilson Memorial head softball coach last week. Kenny was a standout player at Stone Bridge High before playing at the D-I level with Purdue. In 2022, she was an assistant for Fort Defiance when it reached the #VHSL Class 3 semifinals.

A successful trip for the Hornets to NC State team camp! The JV squad finished 4-3 and was runner-up in their division. Varsity finished 6-2 and secured a third place finish in their division. Great way to build for the 2023-24 season!

We are very proud of our group of young women who went undefeated through District and Regional play. First time on the wrong side of the scoreboard in 16 weeks of play. Awesome! Grateful to have this experience.
