At 8pm eastern @POTUS @JoeBiden will announce: - enough #COVID19 #vaccine doses for every adult American by May 1st - "normal" life by the 4th of July - doubling the numbers of pharmacies administering vaccines - expanding pool of vaccinators to include dentists, midwives, etc.
