Rail Wheel Plant, Bela of @RailMinIndia today transferred 10 tonnes Liquid Oxygen to Bihar Government. It was a carefully planned reverse-filling of a road tanker from ground tanks. Remaining 19 tonnes too offered for #COVID patients in the state.
