Carbon leakage ... This is where by increasing the price of goods by directly taxing carbon you force manufacturers to produce goods in countries where the carbon output is double digits higher than the country you are taxing. Which perversely causes even higher carbon output.

What happens if you get a new @Samsung TV and don't have the phone number you set the account up with? It's a $1000 brick for 2 weeks as you have to wait 2 weeks to change your phone number to get a text to prove who you are!
